Important Date to Remember
August 4th, 2025
1. Register for SmartHub!
This will be your new one-stop shop for managing your account, viewing your bill, and making payments online.
Important Note: All customers will have a new account number, which will be emailed to you on August 4th from marktwain-noreply@smarthub.coop and will also be on your September 1st, 2025 bill.
If you don’t receive an email on August 4th, please call our office to obtain your new account number.
You will need your new account number to register for SmartHub and make a one-time payment using Pay Now.
2. Update Your Autopay Settings
If you are currently enrolled in autopay through our old online payment center, please re-enter your payment details in SmartHub on or after August 4th.
Any payments scheduled in our old online payment center after August 1st will not be processed.
3. Enroll in Paperless Billing
All customers will need to register for SmartHub and elect paperless billing to receive their bills electronically. If you do not make this election in SmartHub by August 28th, your September 1st bill will be mailed.
We will be waiving the $5 paper bill charge through December 1st billing. Beginning January 1st, 2026 the $5 monthly paper bill charge will apply to all accounts not enrolled in paperless billing.
