Installation of Fixed Wireless Service will require an antenna be mounted on the subscriber’s building. The technician will review the installation plan with the subscriber prior to installing. A line from the antenna will be run to a central location in the building for best wireless coverage. Please let your technician know of any special installation request before installation begins.

Access to Mark Twain provided equipment is not granted to the subscriber. If changes or modifications are required, then the subscriber must contact Mark Twain for assistance.

All Applications Require a Prepayment of the Monthly Rate X 2 months plus $10.00 Service Order Charge
